]]> My elderly aunt, with whom I am extremely close, has asked me to help her with her funeral plans. While I love her dearly and am thrilled that she trusts me enough to let me be part of her planning process, I’m not sure that I am comfortable handling some of the things she wants. The big one is that she would like to have her funeral held at home. Is this even legal? Do you have any advice for how I might get more information about this?
